【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminetheproportionofthetotalsolublesolidswhicharesolublenon-tanninsandtheproportionwhicharetanninsinasolutionoftanninextractorinthewaterextractfromraworspentmaterialspreparedfortanninanalysis.Thespecimensarealiquotsfromtheanalyticalsolutionspreparedfromtanninextractsorthewaterextractsolutionspreparedfromraworspentmaterials.Thesolublenon-tanninsaredefinedastheportionofthesolublesolidswhicharenotabsorbedorboundbyapreparedhidepowdermaterial.Thetanninsaredefinedastheportionofthesolublesolidswhichareabsorbedorboundbyapreparedhidepowdermaterial.Theresultsofthistestmethodaredependentonagreatmanyvariablesbutparticularlyupon:5.5.1Thetemperatureconditionsunderwhichthesolutionswerepreparedandstoredandthetemperatureatwhichthecurrentanalysisisperformed;5.5.2TheuniformityandconsistencyoftheKaolinpastelayerdepositedontothefilterpaper;5.5.3Therateofsolutionrun-outfromthepipette;5.5.4Conditionsrelatedtothepropertiesofthehidepowderusedtoreactwiththetannincontentofthesolution;etc.Itis,therefore,essentialthatthemethodbefollowedexactlyinordertoobtainreproducibleresultsbothamongspecimenswithinalaboratoryandforanalysesbetweenlaboratories.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedforuseindeterminingthequantityofsolublenon-tanninsandtannininsolutionsoftanninextracts,waterextractsofvegetabletanningmaterials,ortanningliquors.Themethodisapplicabletotheanalysisofliquid,solid,pasty,andpowderedextractsandtoextractsofraworspentmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
